Guardianships &
Conservatorships

Under certain circumstances a person may not be in a position to make decisions for themselves. This is often due to advancing age or illness. However, even young individuals with disabilities may need someone with legal authority to make decisions once they reach age 18. A guardianship allows the guardian to make medical care decisions and decisions regarding living arrangements. A conservatorship allows to the conservator to manage the finances and assets of an individual. At Anderson & Hinze Law, LLC we have the skill and experience to help you navigate this complex area of law.
